Ted and Carrie Lindsey, active Mormons, discover that the film The Godmakers is being shown in their hometown. To make matters worse, their good friend and neighbour, Jim Stamper, is an active member of the church where the film is being shown.

The Lindseys confront Jim as they try to deal with their frustration and anger over this 'attack' on their 'faith'. The confrontation ends in an evening of dialogue and discovery for both the Lindseys and Jim Stamper. The differences between Mormonism and orthodox Christianity is clearly but lovingly presented.

This film is educational for Christians trying to reach out to Mormons, but is also a film that can be given to Mormons to help them understand the truth.
