John Blanchard is lucidly clear throughout and increases the anticipation as each page unfolds of a substantial answer to his question without disappointing when the final chapter is reached. Therefore to the perplexed in the midst of present suffering, and to the angry and violent with their fist and voice raised to heaven in defiance and contempt but also to the genuine inquirer who out of a sincere and honest heart earnestly desires to help others as well as themselves to understand the problem of pain, I commend this little book.
